Our family’s love for beef and a desire to protect the health of someone we love most. Years ago, our dad suffered a heart attack. Like many ranch families, beef had always been a staple at our table—something we shared during Sunday dinners, holidays, and everyday meals. But after his heart attack, we had to take a hard look at what kind of beef we were eating. We weren’t ready to give it up, and neither was he. So we set out to find something better—beef that was naturally lean, lower in cholesterol, but still full of flavor. That’s when we found Limousin cattle. Known for their naturally lean meat, Limousin cattle offered everything we were looking for: excellent flavor, tenderness, and nutritional value. They’re one of the highest-yielding breeds in terms of quality cuts with less excess fat.
