CONSENT TO PRIVACY POLICY

The Website and its content is wholly owned by Iverson’s Cattle. The term “you” will hereinafter refer to the user and/or viewer of the Website. By continuing to use and/or view the website, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms of this Privacy Policy, whether or not you have read it. Any information that you may contribute or provide to us shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We do our best to only utilize third parties who have been deemed GDPR and LGPD-compliant, and whom we have either completed a data processing agreement with, or have reviewed and confirmed their policies regarding data processing to ensure compliance.

Should you elect to purchase any of Iverson’s Cattle’s products or services, we will collect Personal Information, including but not limited to your name, email address, billing address, credit card or payment information, and any other information necessary in order to complete purchase of the product or service you elect to buy. We will collect and process this data in order to fulfill our contractual obligation to complete your order and will not retain the information any longer than necessary. We use third party data processors to take and complete payment, and we will not retain nor have access to your payment information.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive or to otherwise protect our rights.

HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA

We process and store your data using the following providers:

  • WIX

  • Google Workspace

  • Meta

Please visit their individual websites for information on the physical location of their servers where your information is stored. We will always use commercially reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of any information that may be stored on our servers. Of course, no computer network or data transmission on the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Any information you submit is always at your own risk. We will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete such information.

We utilize a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) on our website in order to assist in the secure transfer of information. Although a breach is unlikely, we cannot guarantee the complete safeguard of all personal information and thus, cannot be responsible should an unauthorized third party obtain access to our information, without our consent. However, we will timely notify the necessary parties with as much information as we have available in the event a data breach occurs. 

You agree that we are not responsible for any such actions, and acknowledge you will hold us harmless should your information become intercepted in this way without our knowledge, permission, or consent, which includes a release of any and all claims related to use of such information by such an unauthorized party.

EMAIL MARKETING

If you make a purchase on our Website, download a free resource in exchange for your email address, and/or opt in to receive emails, you thereby agree to receive email communications from this Website, including but not limited to newsletters, site updates, promotions, and other announcements and correspondence.  We are not responsible for the receipt of any such emails. We will process the personal information you voluntarily provide us via our contact form or any other form of electronic communication based upon our legitimate interest to respond to user or customer inquiries. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE (COPPA)
